I thought Ivanhoe Mines owned the Oyu Tolgoi copper project in Mongolia. What happened to that company?

The original Ivanhoe Mines that discovered and developed the Oyu Tolgoi Mine in Mongolia changed its named to Turquoise Hill Resources in August 2012. Rio Tinto Group acquired full ownership of Turquoise Hill in December 2022.
